In the Roman Catholic tradition, seven Sacraments represent the means through which the Church manifests and celebrates its faith and communicates the saving grace of God.

Please Note: Only those requests that meet the following criteria will be processed:

1. Certificates are only available for sacraments received at St. Ignatius, Martyr Catholic Church or St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.

2. All requests must be made by the person who received the sacrament - or - by the parent of the person who received the sacrament; no exceptions!

3. You must submit a separate request for each sacrament certificate you are requesting.
