We are a community of parishioners and health practitioners who support each other to build healthy lifestyles, including eating healthy, exercising, and managing stress. We believe that healthy bodies, minds, and spirits help us serve God, our families, and our communities. We meet every two weeks, and all are welcome.

2025 Kickoff
The Healthy Living Ministry (HLM), welcomes you to start the 2025 New Year with a commitment to your health and wellness! No matter the challenges you face, your St. Ignatius community is here to help you make 2025 the year you strengthen your mind, body and spirit. We invite you to join the Healthy Living Ministry every other week Thursday in 2025, starting on Thursday, January 23, at 7 p.m. in the Family Center. We will be kicking off a 10-part series, including a year of free wellness classes. In their first class, healthcare professionals will help you set smart, achievable goals for your health in 2025.
January 23: Introduction to Healthy Living, Self-Limiting Beliefs & Breathwork
February 6: Understanding your labs and what that means for weight and stress management
February 20: Understanding Calories
March 6: Understanding macro-nutrients and food groups
March 20: Eating at home and eating out
April 3: Sleep and stress management
April 17: Addiction and stress management
May 1: Exercise
May 15: Financial wellness
May 29: Spiritual wellness
Each session will address the sanctity of the body, applying strategies and community discussion to support weight and stress management. *This schedule will repeat between July 10 & November 13
